Poles Clinics

Poles Clinics are now open for booking.

One hour classes are running every Wednesday afternoon from 2pm to 6pm (until daylight savings ends). Located at 32 Coopers Road, Macclesfield VIC.

These are large pole patterns with up to 30 poles used. Each class has room for four riders in a large 60m x 30m outdoor rubber and sand arena.

Cost - $60 per rider

Half hour classes are currently running every Friday morning from 9:30am to 11:30am. These classes also have room for four riders per class.

Cost - $45 per rider

Poles classes are run like a gym class for horses. Each pattern has one line to follow on both reins. Riders all ride as a group leaving a safe distance from each other, evenly placed around the arena. The class is set so horses execute the pattern in repetitions. Six reps then a walk break on both reins. Every two sets the intensity or technicality of the pattern is increased.

The half hour classes are designed for unfit horses/riders, green horses, young children or those needing a soft introduction to poles.
